In Psalm 63:1, David wrote, "O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is." The Christian life, at best, would be described as a walk or journey of faith. At few points are we invited to put down stakes into the ground and sit a spell.
